The padded seat reclines to a nearly flat position, and there's an enormous storage bin and canopy. The suitability for newborns is yes with an additional carrycot.
A well-constructed suspension and air-filled tires can help you navigate through rough terrain. You can also use it to jog. But, you should wait until the baby is at minimum 6 or 9 months old.

It comes as an entire travel system that includes a lie-flat carrycot suitable for infants, a multi-position forward and rear facing pushchair seat, and a choice of group 0+ car seats, so you can get everything you need in one package.
The XL Air is a very impressive buggy. It's easy to see why it's received the highest praise from its customers. It's incredibly light - both the wheels and chassis weigh just 6.5kg - and it's also super-easy to put together. In fact I was able get the whole thing up and running in less than five minutes, which is pretty amazing considering that it also included attaching the fabric for the carrycot!
It has a lovely wide seat that is comfortable for Annie (who is 12 months) and the recline lever is simple to use. The basket has plenty of room and I find it nice that the handle bar comes with an area to keep your phone and keys safe.
The handlebar is a bit low, which may be an issue for parents who are taller. But, it's covered in a gorgeous leather-like material that's soft and comfortable and cleans down easily, meaning it's still a breeze to push with children and bags on your hands!

The Runner will accompany you on any adventure whether it's a short run, a more strenuous hike, or a long-distance walk. It comes with a lay-flat seat with suspension air wheels that provide an easy ride. The front wheel is lockable for more stability on narrow streets and congested sidewalks, and the stroller folds up easily to fit in car boots and storage spaces.
The Runner 2 is a bit more difficult to maneuver for some parents than its predecessor. Additionally, the locking system (requiring two buttons either side of the handlebar) isn't as user-friendly. 3 wheeled pushchairs are a bit higher than the ones of other competitors, which means they may not be suitable for smaller parents. However, this stroller is sturdy and versatile and should be considered by active families.

Bugaboo Fox 5
Bugaboo's Fox 5 is designed to be the ultimate all-terrain stroller. Its unique chassis comes with shorter wheel length that makes it more maneuverable than its predecessor. I tried it out with my two children eight weeks old and a toddler - on rocky pavements as well as grassy wooded paths and even cobblestones.
The large puncture-proof wheels, which measure 22cm or 30cm in diameter - can handle different terrains. They also come with a handy flap that can open or closes to allow more air in should you need it, which is a nice addition. It's a bit bigger than some pushchairs, but it doesn't feel bulky or heavy when pushing over bumpy surfaces.
The fabric of the seat is machine washable and the frame and faux leather grips are simple to clean. It's also quieter than other pushchairs, and I felt at ease with it on busy city streets. It has built-in accessory points, so you can attach parasols and footmuffs as well as changing bags as well as snack trays and even snack trays. You can also use the hood to block wind and rain, although it's not waterproof. It's a single pram however, you can also attach their Comfort Wheeled Board (not included) to give your child some extra leg room.
